Every single appointment that costs $25 or more requires a deposit of $25. FULLSETS of Eyelash Extensions require a 50% deposit from the total price of the set. If you book more then one appointment on THE SAME DAY please note that to cancel or reschedule we require a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice for EACH BOOKED APPOINTMENT. If you booked 2 or more appointments for one day requiring 2 or more hours of service you must send a deposit for EACH SERVICE! If you booked 2 or more appointments for one day and the day of your appointments you decide to NOT get one or more of the services done you WILL BE CHARGED A $25 LATE CANCELATION FEE FOR EACH SERVICE BOOKED, whether you receive the service or not. If you book multiple appointments for different days, a $25 deposit is required for each appointment. We require a MINIMUM of 24hours notice for any cancelations or rescheduling. FULLSETS OF EYELASH EXTENSIONS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE! There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. If you canceled your appointment within the appropriate time, you may use your deposit for your next booking. Please leave a note when booking online stating that you have a deposit on file. If your appointment is $24.99 or less, no deposit is required HOWEVER, if you no show or last minute cancel you are required to pay the service cost in full prior to booking any further appointments with us. TIMING: 99% of the time I am running on schedule, however, there are things that can come up (beyond my control) that would cause me to be a bit behind (previous client tardiness, bad weather, traffic by accidents, and etc). I try my absolute hardest to be ready and on time for your appointment. I ask that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Because some things are out of my control, there may be occasional delays in your appointment timing.

If the front door is locked and my OPEN sign is on, that means I am performing a service in the back of the Lounge that requires client privacy. You may ring the bell ONCE to let me know you are there, however I can only come to the door when I am finished the ongoing service. Please be patient.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
I mostly work alone and by appointment ONLY! Please do not try to walk in for a service. If you require same day appointment, please call or text 519 217 8389 to see if I have any openings. The online booking will only allow you to book 8 hours in advance, so occasionally I will have some openings especially for quicker appointments like facial waxing and etc.
Please note that I am off Sundays, Mondays & Thursdays and do not answer the phone those days and outside of business hours. If you're wanting to cancel or reschedule, please leave a voicemail or text 519 217 8389.
